Wilma’s Hope is making a real difference for some of the most vulnerable members of our community—Clarksville homeowners aged 62 and older. Through grant funding, we provide up to $15,000 in mobility modifications, allowing seniors to age in place safely and comfortably.
We are committed to creating safer spaces and enhancing quality of life for seniors, and are excited to share a successful project update!
Celebrating Projects Accomplished
Recently, we’ve completed essential home improvements, including:
• Replacing kitchen flooring with LVP for better stability
• Repairing leaks under the kitchen sink
• Installing higher toilets for ease of use
• Upgrading to a walk-in shower with a bench & safety accessories
Too often, the needs of our elders go unseen, but at the heart of Wilma’s Hope is a deep commitment to caring for those who can no longer care for themselves. By creating safer home environments, we’re helping seniors maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life.
