Wilma’s Hope is a Senior Adult Accessibility Program serving homeowners in Clarksville, TN, who are 62 years old and older. Through grant funding, Wilma’s Hope provides up to $15K toward mobility modifications to enable homeowners to age in place and maintain their independence longer. Wilma’s Hope is a qualified service program. Other program eligibility criteria apply.

The Homeowner Must:

Qualified Candidate: A qualified candidate is one that has met all program guidelines, has submitted ALL required documents, and has completed the application
Approving Authority: The City of Clarksville Neighborhood and Community Service (CNCS) will approve all requests for services
Incomplete applications will not be accepted

The Home Must Be:
A Single Family Residence (SFR)
Located in the city limits of Clarksville, TN
Modifications Include (But are not limited to):
Handicap ramps
Door and Hallway widening
Accessible Bathrooms
Stair Lifts and Porch Lifts
